We wanted to make a lightweight jacket that fits loosely. Allows for a full range of motion. It keeps you dry in unpredictable weather. This soft high neck feels good. The collar folds down for an open comfortable shape. No stretch fibers that lose their shape quickly. This means that you can use this for a longer life. Adjustable hood fits like a hat and zips onto the high neck collar. Shaped to keep your vision clear. Paper Nylon is our Original fabric for Postalco created to our specifications. Waterproof. Windproof. 100% recycled nylon. Relaxed silhouette fitted for both men and women. Made in Japan.

Why do we make so few sizes?
We pattern our clothing to fit as many bodies as we can. Less size variation also means less wasted fabric and less overproduction.

Postalco items have always been non gendered. Beginning with the very first Legal Envelopes we made back in 2000.
Our original lightweight waterproof fabric for Postalco to our specifications in Japan. Each fiber is textured before weaving to give this material its unique dry touch. Has the durability and water resistance of nylon with the textured surface that feels like a natural fiber for comfort.
Wrinkles blend into surface texture making this a natural choice for travel.
PFAS free. Inner coating for waterproof function with water resistance on the surface.
Waterproof measurement is 500ml. 100% recycled nylon.
Made in Japan.
・Hand washable at home with a mild detergent (Do not dry clean).
・Do not use fabric softener or detergents with fabric softener.
・Do not store wet.
・Avoid direct sunlight and dry in shade. After drying, iron low heat.
・Place fabric layer over item while ironing.
・Ironing smoothes the surface and helps improve water repellency.
・Durable water repellency may decline with use and washing over time.
Gift wrapping may be a cloth bag or a paper bag. Wrapping materials used will vary depending on the product type and size. Please note that we are not able to accept requests for specific wrapping materials. If you would like to have multiple items wrapped together, or if you would like to wrap only some items, please tell us in the memo box. If you do not specify, we will wrap each item individually.

Postalco cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays due to customs clearance, payment transaction delays, or any unforseen circumstances.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of recipient and will not be covered by Postalco. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The shipper will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
All shipments outside Japan include a commercial invoice to avoid delays in customs. We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.
Unclaimed packages: The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only. If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. There may be some countries we cannot ship to due to courier restrictions.

Roll up sleeves
Sleeves are made to roll up for outdoor work and roll down for bicycle riding. These construction details require more fabric to make one Free Arm Rain Jacket but the special functions are worth it.
