We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Shipping usually takes 7-10 days from the dispatch date.
Shipping charges vary by country and are automatically selected according to the shipping address. The shipping charges for each region are as follows.

Some products are eligible for delivery direct to mailbox for a shipping fee of ¥380. (Nekopos, Click Post) If the products you ordered are eligible, you will be able to select it from the shipping method selection screen at checkout.

Postalco cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays due to customs clearance, payment transaction delays, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of recipient and will not be covered by Postalco. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The shipper will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
All shipments outside Japan include a commercial invoice to avoid delays in customs. We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. Unclaimed packages: The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only. If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. There may be some countries we cannot ship to due to courier restrictions.

Each order is shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, we will not be able to ship them together.

How to Order

How to place an order

1. Select the quantity and color of the product you want and click "Add to bag". You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping bag later.
2. Check the contents of your shopping bag and click "Check out".
3. Enter your contact details and shipping information.
4. Select a delivery method.
5. Select a payment method. In case of payment by Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, you will be required to complete the payment procedure on their respective websites.
6. Click on the "Pay now" button to complete your order.
7. You should receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please note that your email spam setting may prevent you from receiving the order confirmation email. Please check your email’s junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Your order is not confirmed when the items are in the shopping bag. The purchase is complete only when the payment is processed. Once payment is processed, you should receive an automatic order confirmation email.

If the quantity shown in the shopping bag is less than the quantity you chose for a product, it means we only have the quantity in the shopping bag available in stock. Please contact us at if you do not receive a confirmation email or have any other questions.
Please note that we are not able to accept requests for particular variations within a product.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrapping is available for 350 yen per item. Please purchase this item together with the product you wish to Gift Wrapping.
Gift wrapping may be a cloth bag or a paper bag. Wrapping materials used will vary depending on the product type and size. Please note that we are not able to accept requests for specific wrapping materials. If you would like to have multiple items wrapped together, or if you would like to wrap only some items, please tell us in the memo box. If you do not specify, we will wrap each item individually.

Example of what to write in the memo field:
"Notebook (light blue) and notebook (dark blue) gift-wrapped together, and Bag- gift-wrapped separately. etc. "

Order receipt
If you choose to receive gift wrapping, we will not include an order receipt that shows the price. Please contact us if you would like to receive a receipt by email.

Return and Exchange

Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original packaging in unused condition. We can only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees and administrative fees are the responsibility of the customer. If Postalco decides to refund the payment, we will process the refund via your original payment method. All returns must be approved by Postalco. Please email us at for a return authorization number.


・Hygienic products such as underwear are not eligible.

・Please note that we may take some time to check the condition of the product after arrival.

If the size or quantity of the product is different from that of the order, or if the product is defective, or if the return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs from the customer to us and the shipping costs from us to the customer.

Please note that it may take longer than usual for us to respond to your request on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's holidays. 

Please note that we may not be able to exchange sizes or colors depending on product availability. 

Refunds may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances during return shipping, such as customs delays or problems during shipment. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products that have been used. 

When there are scratches, stains, damage, or unusual odors have been caused by the customer.

Products that have been altered or cleaned.

Products with damaged or lost packaging (bags, boxes, cases, tags). 

Products not purchased from Postalco's online store or our directly managed stores.

Products that have been delivered more than 14 days earlier. 

Please note that the colors and textures of the products shown on this site may differ slightly due to differences in your monitor, browser, etc., and the lighting in your room.

Warranty and Repair

Postalco's warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials except for fabrics and leathers to the original owner for the lifetime of the product.
Fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time and parts will wear out. Postalco will cover your product under our warranty and repair policy until such a time that we have deemed the product to be used beyond reasonable repair. If Postalco confirms fixing your item we will repair or replace it at our discretion and return it to you at our expense.
Products damaged by accident, improper care, negligence, alterations and normal use may be repairable for a fee. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the options.

・Please note fabrics, leathers and metal finishes will vary in color and finish, and may contain small slubs and other imperfections which reflect the materials' natural quality.
