Within Japan we will offer free return shipping for exchange of Wear purchased on the Postalco online shop.

All wear including pre order items.

Notes:
・Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged within 8 days of delivery.
・We can only accept free shipping exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop (not including our Kyobashi shop and our retailers).
・Free shipping exchange up to once per style and only within Japan.

How to exchange your wear purchase:

  1. Please email us at webshop@postalco.com with your order information (name, telephone number, purchased item, size and color you’d like to exchange).
  2. Please send us items back using the Yamato Transport prepaid shipping label and the packing material which are enclosed in the package.
  3. Once we receive the parcel, we’ll check the condition and if there is no issue, we’ll send the exchange item.
  4. If you’d like to return the item again, the 2nd return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we may not be able to exchange depending on product availability.

Hygienic products such as underwear are not eligible.

Please note that we may take some time to check the condition of the product after arrival.
