About pre orders:
If purchased with non pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together when the book is in stock.
If you purchase multiple pre order items, they will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
Each item is carefully made in independent workshops in Japan. Items may take longer than planned to be ready.
We'll email you when your item is available.
We’re able to send items by mail or hold them for you at the Postalco Shop Kyobashi. Please note the product may vary slighty in color and size.

Payment terms: Advance payment
Within Japan:
Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. We can only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges you will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time.
Only for wear items, size and color exchanges (for return by customer and shipment of the exchanged item) will be free of charge.
Outside of Japan:
Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. We can only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges you will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. If Postalco decides to refund the payment the transaction can be made through PayPal only.All returns must be approved by Postalco- please email us at webshop@postalco.com for a return authorization number.
