配送料はかかりますか?

ご注文金額が送料を含まず11,000円以上の場合は、送料無料で発送致します。
ご注文金額が送料を含まず11,000円未満の場合は全国一律750円でお届けいたします。
一部商品で対応しているポスト投函での配達は、一律380円となります。

海外への配達はできますか?

海外発送も可能です。国内発送とは条件が異なりますので、
言語切替えのEnglishを選択の上、ご利用案内をご覧下さい。

注文後いつ頃発送されますか?

配送地域によって異なりますが、ご注文後から約3~7日程度でのお届けとなります。
※本州地区のお客様には最短で翌日配送の手配をいたします。(一部商品を除く)

How do you ship?

All deliveries within Japan are shipped with Yamato Transport. The Japanese Post Office is an option for some products.
(If it is difficult to drop it in the mailbox due to its size, it will be shipped by Yamato Transport.) For details, please see our User Guide.

What are the shipping fees within Japan?

If your order is 11,000 yen or more, not including shipping charges, shipping is free. If the total order is less than 11,000 yen, a flat rate of 750 yen will be charged for any destination in Japan. Delivery by post office is a flat rate of 380 yen.

Can you deliver overseas?

International shipping is available.
The conditions are different from those for domestic shipping.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We will ship most orders in 3-7 days. Please note that during busy times, it may take a few more days. For international orders, please allow a few extra days for orders placed on weekends and holidays.

If the products you ordered are eligible, you will be able to select it from the shipping method selection screen at checkout.

Postalco cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays due to customs clearance, payment transaction delays, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of recipient and will not be covered by Postalco. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The shipper will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
All shipments outside Japan include a commercial invoice to avoid delays in customs. We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. Unclaimed packages: The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only. If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. There may be some countries we cannot ship to due to courier restrictions.

Each order is shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, we will not be able to ship them together.

How to place an order

1. Select the quantity and color of the product you want and click "Add to bag". You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping bag later.
2. Check the contents of your shopping bag and click "Check out".
3. Enter your contact details and shipping information.
4. Select a delivery method.
5. Select a payment method. In case of payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, you will be required to complete the payment procedure on their respective websites.
6. Click on the "Pay now" button to complete your order.
7. You should receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please note that your email spam setting may prevent you from receiving the order confirmation email. Please check your email’s junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Notice
Your order is not confirmed when the items are in the shopping bag. The purchase is complete only when the payment is processed. Once payment is processed, you should receive an automatic order confirmation email.

If the quantity shown in the shopping bag is less than the quantity you chose for a product, it means we only have the quantity in the shopping bag available in stock. Please contact us at webshop@postalco.com if you do not receive a confirmation email or have any other questions.

ギフトラッピング Gift Wrap

Gift wrapping is available at a cost of 350 yen per item.
Gift wrapping may be a cloth bag or a paper bag. Wrapping materials used will vary depending on the product type and size. Please note that we are not able to accept requests for specific wrapping materials.

If you would like to have multiple items wrapped together, or if you would like to wrap only some items, please tell us in the memo box. If you do not specify, we will wrap each item individually.


Example of what to write in the memo field:
Notebook (light blue) and notebook (dark blue) gift-wrapped together, and Bag- gift-wrapped separately. etc.

返品・交換 Return and Exchange

Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. We can only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees and administrative fees are the responsibility of the customer. If Postalco decides to refund the payment, we will process the refund via your original payment method. All returns must be approved by Postalco. Please email us at webshop@postalco.com for a return authorization number.

修理保証について Warranty and Repair

Postalco's warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials except for fabrics and leathers to the original owner for the lifetime of the product.
Fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time and parts will wear out. Postalco will cover your product under our warranty and repair policy until such a time that we have deemed the product to be used beyond reasonable repair. If Postalco confirms fixing your item we will repair or replace it at our discretion and return it to you at our expense.
Products damaged by accident, improper care, negligence, alterations and normal use may be repairable for a fee. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the options.

・Please note fabrics, leathers and metal finishes will vary in color and finish, and may contain small slubs and other imperfections which reflect the materials' natural quality.
・By taking care of your product you will ensure a longer lifetime for it. We recommend that you see the Care section of the product on our product page for more information on how to care for your products.
