If the products you ordered are eligible, you will be able to select it from the shipping method selection screen at checkout.

Postalco cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays due to customs clearance, payment transaction delays, or any unforseen circumstances.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of recipient and will not be covered by Postalco. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The shipper will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
All shipments outside Japan include a commercial invoice to avoid delays in customs. We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.
Unclaimed packages: The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only. If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. There may be some countries we cannot ship to due to courier restrictions.

How to place an order

1. Select the quantity and color of the product you want and click "Add to bag". You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping bag later.
2. Check the contents of your shopping bag and click "Check out".
3. Enter your contact details and shipping information.
4. Select a delivery method.
5. Select a payment method. In case of payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, you will be required to complete the payment procedure on their respective websites.
6. Click on the "Pay now" button to complete your order.
7. You should receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please note that your email spam setting may prevent you from receiving the order confirmation email. Please check your email’s junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Notice
Your order is not confirmed when the items are in the shopping bag. The purchase will be complete only when the payment is processed. Once payment is processed, you should receive an automatic order confirmation email.

If the quantity shown in the shopping bag is less than the quantity you chose for a product, it means we only have the quantity in the shopping bag available in stock.

ギフトラッピング Gift Wrap

We offer free gift wrapping. Please select the gift wrapping option on the product details page. If you would like us to gift wrap multiple items together or to gift wrap only part of your order, please explain in the remarks box. The wrapping paper used will be based on availability and size of the product. Please note that it is not possible to select the type and size of the wrapping paper.

Message Card
Complimentary card included for purchases 5,000 yen (excluding tax) or higher. One card per item over 5000 yen. Please choose one of the cards labeled "A", "B", or "C" and write it in the remarks field below. One gift card can be attached to each gift-wrapped item.

"Message Card A,** I would like to have the Notebook A5 (Dark Blue) and the Mineral Key Holder gift wrapped together, the Notebook A6 and A7 gift wrapped separately, and the rest of the items do not need gift wrapping."

Order receipt
If you choose to receive gift wrapping, we will not include an order receipt that shows the price. Please contact us if you would like to receive a receipt by email.

返品・交換 Return and Exchange

Merchandise in salable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. We can only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from the Postalco online shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If Postalco decides to refund the payment the transaction can be made through PayPal only. All returns must be approved by Postalco--please email us at office@postalco.net for a return authorization number.

IMPORTANT
Please do not send your item back to Postalco without the return authorization number. This information allows us to correspond with Customs officials about your return. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number.

修理保証について Warranty and Repair

Postalco's warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials except for fabrics and leathers to the original owner for the lifetime of the product.
Fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time and parts will wear out. Postalco will cover your product under our warranty and repair policy until such a time that we have deemed the product to be used beyond reasonable repair. If Postalco confirms fixing your item we will repair or replace it at our discretion and return it to you at our expense.
Products damaged by accident, improper care, negligence, alterations and normal use may be repairable for a fee. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the options.

・Please note fabrics, leathers and metal finishes will vary in color and finish, and may contain small slubs and other imperfections which reflect the materials' natural quality.
・By taking care of your product you will ensure a longer lifetime for it. We recommend that you see the Care section of the product on our product page for more information on how to care for your products.
