配送方法を教えてください。

日本国内への配送は全てヤマト運輸での発送となります。
一部の商品のみポスト投函での配達もお選びいただけます。
サイズ等によりポスト投函が難しい場合は、宅急便での発送となります。
詳細はご利用案内からご覧いただけます。

配送料はかかりますか？

ご注文金額が送料を含まず11,000円以上の場合は、送料無料で発送致します。
ご注文金額が送料を含まず11,000円未満の場合は全国一律750円でお届けいたします。
一部商品で対応しているポスト投函での配達は、一律380円となります。

海外への配達はできますか？

海外発送も可能です。国内発送とは条件が異なりますので、
言語切替えのEnglishを選択の上、ご利用案内をご覧下さい。

注文後いつ頃発送されますか？

配送地域によって異なりますが、ご注文後から約3～7日程度でのお届けとなります。
※本州地区のお客様には最短で翌日配送の手配をいたします。（一部商品を除く）
※交通状況や天候により若干のお時間をいただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
※ゴールデンウィーク、年末年始等は通常より、到着までお時間をいただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

発送後、お届け先の変更は出来かねます。予めご了承下さい。
混雑時は日数をいただくこともございますのでご了承ください。
また、海外発送は、土日、祝日のご注文の際に日数をいただいております。

支払い方法はどれが選べますか？

クレジットカード (MASTER, VISA, AMEX)、銀行振込、PayPalの3種類の方法からお選びいただけます。
また、エクスプレスチェックアウトをご利用いただくと、お客様の支払い情報および配送情報が保存され、次回注文時の決済を素早く完了することが可能となります。

ギフトラッピングをお願いしたいのですが

ギフトラッピング1点につき、350円で承っております。商品の形状によっては、紙袋にリボンとシールのギフトラッピングの場合もございます。ラッピングの形式は、お選びいただくことはできませんので予めご了承ください。複数点まとめてや、一部の商品のみのラッピングをご希望の際は、メモ欄へご記入ください。お選びいただいた商品に合わせてラッピングをご用意させていただきます。

領収書について

領収書をご希望される方はご注文時に、ショッピングバッグページの備考欄へ「領収書希望」とご記入下さい。その際、宛名や但し書きも併せてご記入下さい。領収書はPDFデータで発行し、お客さまのメールアドレスへお送りいたします。 ※郵送でのお届けがご希望の方は、その旨も一緒に備考欄へご記入ください。また、商品お受け取り後でも、ご連絡いただければ領収書の発行を承ります。どうぞお気軽にご連絡下さい。

ギフトなので明細書はつけないで欲しいのですが

ギフトラッピングご希望いただいた場合、お値段の分かる明細書を添付しておりません。お値段の分かる明細書をご希望の場合は、メールでお送り致しますのでご注文時にメモ欄にご記入いただくか、下記連絡先へご連絡をお願い致します。

届いた商品を返品・交換したいのですが

商品到着日から7日以内でしたら返品・交換が可能です。以下のメールアドレスか電話番号へご連絡ください。

個人情報の安全性はどのようになっていますか？

株式会社ハロースタジオ／ポスタルコでは、以下のルールに基づき、お客様の個人情報を安全に取り扱ってまいります。
お客様のお名前、ご住所、お電話番号、メールアドレスなど一連の個人情報を、ご注文の確定やお問い合わせに対する回答、商品配送や弊社からの情報配信の目的のみ使用いたします。
ご入力いただきました個人情報は、傍受、妨害、改ざん等の不正アクセスを防ぐ目的で、SSL（Secure Sockets Layer）技術を使用し、暗号化を行っています。SSLを利用する事で安全に情報を送信する事が可能となります。
次のいずれかの場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に開示または提供いたしません。

How do you ship?

All deliveries within Japan are shipped with Yamato Transport. The Japanese Post Office is an option for some products.
(If it is difficult to drop it in the mailbox due to its size, it will be shipped by Yamato Transport.) For details, please see our User Guide.

What are the shipping fees within Japan?

If your order is 11,000 yen or more, not including shipping charges, shipping is free. If the total order is less than 11,000 yen, a flat rate of 750 yen will be charged for any destination in Japan. Delivery by post office is a flat rate of 380 yen.

Can you deliver overseas?

International shipping is available.
The conditions are different from those for domestic shipping.
Please select the "English" language option at the top of our website and check the Shopping Terms.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We will ship most orders in 3-7 days. Please note that during busy times, it may take a few more days. For international orders, please allow a few extra days for orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Which payment methods can I choose?

You can choose from two different methods: credit card (MASTER, VISA, AMEX) and PayPal.
Express check-out is available.

Do you gift wrap?

Gift wrapping is available at a cost of 350 yen per item. Please specify which items you’d like gift wrapped on the product page.

My item is a gift, so can you leave out the receipt?

When you order gift wrapping, we do not include prices on the receipt enclosed with your order.
If you would like to receive a receipt that shows the price, please write it in the memo box when you place your order or contact us at the address below.

How do I care for my product?

Care instructions are on each product page under the CARE icon. If you are able to bring in your wallet or bag to the Kyobashi shop we can apply leather treatment to your wallet or bag. Please note that it may take some time when the store is crowded. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
